FYI This isn't in Europe......Lombok is in Indonesia.....it is a WORLD championship.....not a continental.....nor a national one!
That being said.....there are more races in Italy and Spain (6 in total!!) than outside of Europe. A bit sad honestly!

Why motorsports are still allowed to litter with plastic while the whole society around them are trying to reduce the amount of plastic litter? Nobody is going to pick up the tear offs from the ground. Looks really dumb IMO and it's really hard to explain to someone outside of the sport.

Why do the FIM MXGP's need qualifying motos, when the expensive. selfish (communism is very selfish), FIM policy can't even fill the main moto gates?
Its a shame whats happened to the World championship the last couple of decades. The people running it should be ashamed . in the 80's and 90's they would be 100 plus riders trying to qualify for a gp now they have races like this where 18 riders are on a 40 man gate 🤣🤣

The FIM MXGP is the very opposite of communism. The problem is that privateers are basically F'ed. Travelling to places like Argentina and Indonesia with all of your gear on your own dime without much compensation becomes a very expensive hobby very fast. Herlings and others have already complained to the FIM that they need to spread the income wider or the gates will dry up even further at the GPs outside Italy, Spain, France, Belgium and The Netherlands.
Guys like Herlings, Prado and Gajser can live more than comfortably from the sport but once you get outside the top 10 you are simply relying on sponsors to even make it to the race.
In US series, the gates are filled....but with a very weak field after the top 10 guy.
