If they get they will be taken as tutors or demonstrators. They wont be promoted unless they do PhD. Doing PhD is also little tough. If you wish to take MSc Medical Microbiology please make sure that you keep your option open for any kind of work like teaching medical students or paramedical students, diagnostic work (most of the time as technician), pharmaceutical companies as quality manager or into any other areas the degree is valid. One thing you remember MD Microbiologists are taking upper hand over MSc and many institutions want MBBS, MD not MSc, PhD. Please think and proceed.

Medical Microbiology Guide thank you sir for give me better information.. but sir after doing Msc. medical microbiology ,we can do work in pathology lab (hospital). as a lab technician.because my aim is join pathology. sir I'm interested only medical microbiology. so sir you suggest me what i can? my graduation( BSc.micro) is being completed next month.
