In the summer of 1978 I lived in Dalsbygda with the family of another local Olympic skier named Kare Olav Berg. I recently learned that he passed away. The best part of all this is that she gets the inspiration and training from the other members of the Norwegian teams such as Bjørndalen, Bjørgen and Berger. Plus she gets 6000 years of refined skiing knowledge. Norway is the home of skiing.
