Fabulous, really enjoyed it, thank you for doing these interviews, this Dr makes so much sense, I have been following him and Dr Rupy to try to find out how I can look after my own health, this is what I need, education, thank you so much
My two wellbeing heroes together on TH-cam! It's so fantastic to see this. I have books by both of you side by side on my bookshelf. We are far more complex that just our symptoms or our body systems. It's such good news that health care professionals are now adopting a more holistic approach. I regularly hypnotise groups of eight to twelve people to help them relax. Hypnosis can be used as an effective shortcut to relaxation. I have a suggestion, what about playing your wellbeing podcasts in GP and hospital waiting rooms?
I have felt for a long time that when a lot of workplace canteens were taken away, people didn't have that time to relax and chat over their food. Although I haven't been in the workplace for years now, I loved having my meal at lunchtime in good surroundings. People didn't seem to be overweight or have so many health issues in those times. I really appreciate what I had in my life.
Is there any research on the issue of nutrition being especially important in teenagers. Does the message to avoid fat result in a deficiency in kids. As parents we think we are giving them a healthy diet but i think there are unintended consequences of the reduction in fat consumption.
My two favourite podcasters together!!!! So excited to watch this!!!!
Thank you - hope you enjoy!
Really enjoyed listening to Dr Chatterjee. If only all doctors were like him. I would love to hear his views on my son's chronic gut issues.

Yes, completely agree. So much better for our digestion too to take the time to actually enjoy our food. Thanks so much for your comment
