Mario: *Playing a game* Luigi: *Walks up to him* Hey, Bro. I made you some tea. ....Goodnight, Mario. *The TV shows Peach running from enemies* HELP!! HELP!! That's what i know in the beginning.
This was way before alot of things we're fimiliar with in mario had materialized, so Luigi isn't the same as he is today, though there's some speculation that Wario's personality is inspired by Luigi in this movie! =D
So Luigi wakes up to Mario playing video games at like 5 decibels, but doesn't even bother checking up on him when all kinds of winged koopas and bullet bills and shit are rampaging around the room while screaming madly? What a terrible roommate.
MARIO ANIME!!! XD This is awesome! :D LOL Mario is playing a video game. :) What is with Bowser's voice though. 0_0 Poor Luigi... he's just trying to sleep.
So....the story I see is that Mario was a plumber playing video games late at night when all of a sudden his video game popped out of the T.V. and into real life....
Mario Brothers 2 was the first time in game that Mario's overalls were blue and shirt was red. It was only opposite that in Donkey Kong and Wrecking crue, as the original Mario Brothers game's colors were completely fucked up with colors like brown and green because of the limited color set. Every game after 2 had him with blue overalls.
@foxmcloud555 That was my favorite part of the old tv show. Swing your arms from side to side, come one everyone do the Mario! I wish those guys had been in the movie instead of Leguzamo or however his name is spelled.
there could be people who speak the language who will give you lessons. like if there's a foreign district like korean, japanese. check the phonebook, internet, library. ask around. ppl will teach you but most will do it for money. the earlier you start, the earlier you learn
@Tommiddlecoat Apparently, Mario and Luigi were living in the real world, and everything else including Princess Peach, Bowser, and all the goombas, bullet bills and others came from the fictional world. They popped out through the TV somehow.
once upon a tiem, an american plumber in brooklyin played a undefiened game. He was a hard drug abuser, so he dreamed about many unbelieveable thing. one of these things was a pricness named "Toadstools2". Of course a bad guy nameed "bowser" took her away. The mental stable brother "luigi" tried to help his metal usnstable brother "mario". But mario nevether listended. To this day, mario thinks that bowser is a real villain and peach really is the empress of every mushrom. You know it's true !
Mario & Luigi's voice are scary when you have the habit to hear the North American ones! It's not that I hate anime or anything... Well, in fact, I love anime and I LOVE the original dubs more than anything but now... this is old stuff XD
They pretty much just ran with that assumption throughout the entire film. Mario is even seen at one point enjoying a typical Japanese snack of steamed rice and pickled plums...using chopsticks!!
@draconusfrigidus just shows how they don't think of the characters as "gaijin" or they'd be sticking the chopsticks up their nose and barfing at the umeboshi, LOL.
lol, encase you haven't noticed, Nintendo is a JAPANESE company. Mario is a JAPANESE franchise. So, it'd make a shit load of sense if someone made a JAPANESE anime of it, right? This, I know for a fact, IS an anime. Why? Well just look at it! It is stylized the same way, and the diologue fits the scene. Its not just some kid who took some Japanese diologue and put it over the clip. That, and the states already HAD an English Mario cartoon.
This sort of thing happens in Japan all the time.
FIRST VIDEO I'VE SEEN ON TH-cam
Ur'RE THE FIRST COMMENT I'VE SEENED ON THE WEB!
Fresh Poyo same
D O N ' T L E T B I T C O I N G E T T O Y O U .
Gosh, I wish they released an English Dub for this Anime! It's really funny!
I remember finding this exact video when i was little
Mario: *Playing a game*
Luigi: *Walks up to him* Hey, Bro. I made you some tea.
....Goodnight, Mario.
*The TV shows Peach running from enemies* HELP!! HELP!!
That's what i know in the beginning.
1:07 to 1:39 looks like a regular Mario kart battle mode
I wish girls would come out of my TV.... maybe I wouldn't be so lonely...
+Don Krieg I agree with that sentiment.
This was way before alot of things we're fimiliar with in mario had materialized, so Luigi isn't the same as he is today, though there's some speculation that Wario's personality is inspired by Luigi in this movie! =D
Mario played his own video game and it came to life?
Lucky bastard!
The super Mario bros show lives in Brooklyn, are Italian, speak japanese.... So much randomness.
So Luigi wakes up to Mario playing video games at like 5 decibels, but doesn't even bother checking up on him when all kinds of winged koopas and bullet bills and shit are rampaging around the room while screaming madly? What a terrible roommate.
Just found this gem today. Amazing
Just about to reach a million points too. Thanks, Peach.
MARIO ANIME!!! XD This is awesome! :D LOL Mario is playing a video game. :) What is with Bowser's voice though. 0_0 Poor Luigi... he's just trying to sleep.
and so... mario and bowser were forever doomed to an eternity of this same scenerio.
game over. power level must be over 9000 to continue.
Peach is super strong she just trhows everything arround her, and she's kinda cute for an Anime Char
MARIO ANIME!!! XD This is awesome! :D LOL Mario is playing a video game. :) What is with Bowser's voice though. 0_0
The cutest Peach I've seen in quite a long time.
So....the story I see is that Mario was a plumber playing video games late at night when all of a sudden his video game popped out of the T.V. and into real life....
i love how koopa (bowser) just pokes him through the floor
when i see this it brings me back to my old thailand memorize i always watched mario there
omg mario is sooo cute *__*
i love luigis voice! its awesome!
dude if my video game came out spewing enimies and a princess you know i definitly wear that mario hat
I love that Luigi comes in thinking Mario is angry at the game :D
one has to wonder how Luigi rolls on the floor laughing his ass off, and the candle stays lit.
Mario Brothers 2 was the first time in game that Mario's overalls were blue and shirt was red. It was only opposite that in Donkey Kong and Wrecking crue, as the original Mario Brothers game's colors were completely fucked up with colors like brown and green because of the limited color set.

Nrghhh... I just can't get that "Tasukete, Marioooo" out of my head.
What is this Mario version of The Ring??!
I'll admit, it was weird, but that looked awesome!!! I wanna see the next episode! Mario Rocks!
Was that Mexican music at the end?
lol! this is exactly like a dream I had when I was 8 and obsessed with Mario games!
Oh man this looks awesome! Peach looks so cute.
so mario was a foreigner to the mushroom kingdom, I never knew.
If you are wondering what he asks Princess peach when she is behind him, he asks her "are they your friends?"
I like how mario is running the wrong way in the beggining
I love the comment. "are these your friends?"
Anime also means "souls" in Latin. I always thought that was pretty cool.
Nani?!?
So, two Italian plumbers, born in Brooklyn, America, speaking Japanese. Welp.
they used to give that anime out here i just dont remenber anything about it cause i was like 3 years old
Holy cow! I`m learning Japanese and I could actually understand most of the dialogue! It`s so exciting!!
Well, you see good sir. When the idea for Mario was first created and in the first game his clothes color was reversed.
mario looks so cute in this anime!
this is the greatest thing anyone has ever seen
the sight of peach turned him on. that's why he went closer to the tv screen
3:11 epic peach throwing stuff spasms
Peach looks very cute in this anime!
I've seen the entire movie thanks to the power of TH-cam! ^_^
@foxmcloud555 That was my favorite part of the old tv show. Swing your arms from side to side, come one everyone do the Mario! I wish those guys had been in the movie instead of Leguzamo or however his name is spelled.
0:29 Mario is obviously very enthusiastic about the video game.
when i first saw this... i cried.. first at how i realized im like mario when playing games... second, the princess getting kidnapped
there could be people who speak the language who will give you lessons. like if there's a foreign district like korean, japanese. check the phonebook, internet, library. ask around. ppl will teach you but most will do it for money. the earlier you start, the earlier you learn

1:52 hey understood that ! I remember I head it somewhere... I think he was saying "Hello? Hello?"
peach:*Cheers for mario*
Mario:*Falls through floor
Peach:*Flails furniture around

I can't picture Mario being an anime.
He's playing a Famicon.
That's just hilarious xD
at 0:55 peach makes short work of those villians but gets winded.
Now THIS is faithful to the games!
LOL at 1:44 all the baddies are still there except Mario would've beeeeen just epic!
Luigi didnt understand so many things happened in his own house...
Omg that song at the end is hilarious.
2:23 Reminds me of the 'Ring' movies, Japanese they are as well & bowser coming out in the way he did crawling...
Did you know that the guy who portrays Mario here is the same dude who voices Amuro Ray and Ribbons Almark? :D
Yeah that's what im saying. Ever since N64, maybe SNES, idk exactly WHEN it changed, but all im saying is that his color scheme DID change.
i wonder if like every show and/or video game has has been, is, or will become an anime...
I remember there was a mario cartoon long long time ago, i was 6-7 years old, but i dont think is this one.
lol Peach looks adorable X333
Mario & Luigi's voice are scary when you have the habit to hear the North American ones! It's not that I hate anime or anything... Well, in fact, I love anime and I LOVE the original dubs more than anything but now... this is old stuff XD
wow this is great i thought i had seen everything about mario thanks!
I've seen this movie, subbed, right here on TH-cam. It's diferent from the games a bit but it's still good.
Mario is a more intense gamer than i am
I love the part where the TV just shit out a Koopa Troopa like a pinched off turd.
Mario: Oh god, i shouldnt have eaten those brownies before i started playing...
Bowser sure haven't changed lol
They pretty much just ran with that assumption throughout the entire film. Mario is even seen at one point enjoying a typical Japanese snack of steamed rice and pickled plums...using chopsticks!!
Mario is apparently a 1337 gamer now.
is that an earthbound sidescroller? because that is awesome
3:09 lol I don't even know Japanese and that was funny. xD 'Yeah! Yeah! Mario!'
So from what I gather, it's basically like Captain N: The Game Master, except with Mario characters as the cast?
1:03 Peach just jumps onto mario. lol
Haha, Bowser's voice is so funny! xD
Imagine yourself playing a video game then suddenly a person jumps out of your TV and lands on top of you. 1:01
they should make this on dvd, copies in both Japanese and english.
Mario really had some bad drugs that night...
man I love old fashoned anime
i saw some with subtitles, but no one had the full thing (even if it was in parts) posted that i know of.
@draconusfrigidus just shows how they don't think of the characters as "gaijin" or they'd be sticking the chopsticks up their nose and barfing at the umeboshi, LOL.
I still question where the whole joke with the mushrooms affecting your emotions comes from. I mean...I've seen that in Tomba!
i understand what theyre saying. "peach hime" is "princess peach" for example.
This looked ADORABLE!
sorry mario, the princess is in another castle
0:30 - Even the Mario pays no 'ttention to the Weegee
this is sooooooo adorable!!
this is oddly cool sounding. i've never heard it in other languages besides english.
1:27 they use that same peach sound effect in super smash brothers.
Mario plays too much video games.
Or is he on another acid trip?
lol, encase you haven't noticed, Nintendo is a JAPANESE company. Mario is a JAPANESE franchise. So, it'd make a shit load of sense if someone made a JAPANESE anime of it, right?

That, and the states already HAD an English Mario cartoon.
mario should have pressed charges against bowser. that was trespassing and assault.
He must have been pretty high on shrooms at this part :D
