I have an Evo 10 with rally suspension, diff, and tires and it zooms off-road. I don't see a point to an off road option when the rally does same thing. When on the left portion of map I will use a rally setup for races and cop chases and on right side I will use a more road/race car. Oh for drift events, use a rally cross diff and suspension with drag tires. Makes drifting stupid easy
