If I have an architect inspection my foundation, and he says I need plumbing and masonry work , I don't expect him to personally do immediate repairs Dead file victims know their gonna get a free evaluation It's up to them to proceed
This show has actually made a lot of paranormal investigation groups believe they need people with previous police work/detective work to be a ghost hunter despite the fact that most of the people on board don't even have such a background. I applied to be a tour guide in a couple of locations but was told that I needed to have had at least three years of police work under my belt. I'm sorry, I'm not going through all that just to be a tour guide inside a supposedly haunted house.
My wife and I use to watch the Dead Files on TV. We used to laugh at the dective with his accent, which is priceless, and she is just so ridiculous. I loved when they were like "yea you need to pack up and get out of here now, this house is not safe, you must leave tonight or u you will pay the price. W.T.F lol. Much Respect from NJ Brother 🤘🏼🤘🏼

Something seems very off with her. The saddest part about this is Amy has one hell of a life-changing decision to make for these people. I don’t know how she sleeps at night, knowing she fed people a bunch of bullshit and caused them fear, or to move out of their home. A large percentage of these people have a real medical issue that needs to be dealt with. High EMf can cause serious health issues not to mention the mental health aspect to all of this. What she’s doing should be criminal hilarious.

Small fun little add on to the "there are bodies everywhere" there was a comment by Philip DeFranco's son when he was I think 4 at the time on his podcast where he said and I'm paraphrasing here "one day we'll all be skeletons". And they made it into merch because of fan requests XD. Even this KID knew we all pass some day.
I had a love/hate relationship with this show because it was obvious Amy was given information about the history and the people living there, and she said the most insane things that scared the hell out of people who were already terrified. Like she told people they had wendigos trying to get in their house to eat them! And her solutions were just as unhinged, like "you need a raiki master, a specific magician and a team of mediums' instead of offering to help herself. But i felt like Steve was kept in the dark about them feeding Amy info, and he tried to find rational explanations for things. He would have electricians, wildlife experts, people to check for mold, etc. to try to find other explanations. But there's no way they weren't giving Amy info.

Sometimes I couldn’t make it through an episode because of Amy, but I did enjoy Steve’s (probably the researcher) background search into the property. Every paranormal team should have a Steve. Or a decent researcher 😝. I liked the attempt at finding the truth rather than word of mouth,over exaggerated local, gossipy tales.
i loved that show. but i didn’t believe that it was 💯. it was too convenient most of the time. like finding history is hard lol HOWEVER what i did love was Amiee teaching me about so much more supernatural and paranormal things than just ghosts and demons. i liked that she had wide variety of knowledge. The thing about The Warrens is that people only disbelieve in the honesty and integrity now that they’re gone. While SOME of these disbelievers were probably too scared and/or shy to call their bluff at the time, others don’t even believe in ghosts. No, I don’t know for certain about the honesty of the Warrens, I do know that there have been a couple of infamous movies based on their investigations. I dunno…. I guess for me, nobody’s opinion carries much weight since they’re opinions about the paranormal. I do believe in the paranormal. It’s up to every person what they believe in. The only negative I’ve heard about the Warrens has been since they’re both gone. 😁 Please know this wasn’t a hate comment. 🍀
I used to watch this a lot. Definitely overdramatized for sure. As a believer who used to be able to see and speak with spirits, I will forever believe in ghosts. I am hoping to work towards reopening my minds eye, I actually miss seeing ghosts 😂 I was able since I was a little girl, and losing that gift devastated me. I had gone through a lot of Hell that left my mind and soul damaged in a sense. So I have a lot of healing to work on and through. ❤
