Nice to see plenty of anglers. I remember the days when you could see lamps all along the beach on a Friday and Saturday nights. In recent years I've so often been the only one fishing. Hope the catches pick up again! Pin whiting aren't going to cut it though!
@@TheDavidharding when there's pins out there its worth tying a small snood with a small hook and bait onto your bigger hook, pin whiting takes the small hook, big cod notices there's a pin whiting in distress. Sucks in the pin, and also the bigger hook. Worked for me a few times over the years for cod in the Shannon estuary in Ireland. Basically tying a small hook onto a bigger hook. An old trick.
Tramps alley, Corton, just before Lowestoft, Dip farm golf course I believe is the name of the car park, back up to the main road and beach is opposite you.

Thanks for sharing 😀😀
Whats it like there on the low tide as it floods in I wonder?
i bet the boats had a few cod.
Yeah definitely and only a few yards further than what we could cast.
Great video question what reels do you use ? Normandy sea fisherman
There Fladen Warbird fixed spools, nothing fancy but they do the job..👌
Too many pins, they pick the bait up before the cod can find it !! Shame, thanks for sharing.
Still good to get out and do a bit of fishing but yeah when your getting whiting before the baits even hit the bottom it’s a bit of a pain.
