I think we need to train with better understanding of the modern body mechanics knowledge, and not get confused any longer. I had visited the vigan seminar 3 times in the early 2000 with saotome sensei today the martial art world is benefiting from the spreading inputs from science, MMA, technology, and history, self développement and meaning must be considered seriously.

Wow, finally they have a proper place with tatami :D Last time I was in Vigan on a Saotome seminar the hall was utter rubbish.
It was certainly long time ago. Yes we have improved a little. Why don't you come back to test those tatami ;)
