There are about 6 stores, but they are spread across a 90 mile radius with the closest about 40 miles. I try to use what I have on hand so you may get weird questions sometimes. These projects are great and I’ve seen you do some new and exciting things and I’m only up to the best part of fruit cocktail.
I live in CA, and I am wondering if you do as well. If yes, where is your Dollar tree plus located? I live in the San Fernando area. According to a DT employee, there isn't a plus store within 100 miles of my home.

You can also use wax paper to fuse the napkin to the candle. Put the wax side against the napkin and then heat.

For the tissue wrapped candle... You could also cut a hole in the top of the candle to fit a battery tea light candle. That would be less worrisome. 😊
