Very helpful, anyone commenting negatively has neither tried it or are still quite young and are swimming in youthful hormones and can recover easier ( although they would benefit greatly from this too ).

I'd like to get back into shape but sleep apnea has clobbering me until I get into a rhythm with CPAP exercising would be pointless for me

I have severe sleep apnia at the age of 62 ,ive had it about 6 years now ,but i still manage to do some exersizes, i have given away dumbells but do lots of reps free hand exersizes etc ...
Isometric stuff ,twists ,squats sit ups anything you can do for a period of time until worn out ....
Eat less and move more ,theres hope for you ,but i understand you ,this sleep apnia is definitely devil sent without a doubt. .
