I don't say this as "do what I've done" because no, don't. I've stayed in retail for a few years and now I'm getting promoted slightly and it is the absolute strangest thing on Earth, how there are just two tiers with which fellow employees are treated, and now they all of a sudden want me to have more dignity and take regular breaks now. I don't understand people. Keep your hopes up and stay motivated and you'll find somewhere better to work
@kirbyswenson2818 thank you, I really appreciate it. I'm thinking of maybe making the most of it while I'm still in this position to maybe get some advantages out of it, while continuing to look elsewhere. I always look forward to your input and congrats on the slight promotion ❤️
