Pickled cauliflowers Recipe - របៀបធ្វើជ្រក់ផ្កាខាត់ណា

Pickled cauliflowers is crunchy delicious. You can serve it with grilled fish or meat or with left over rice.
Ingredients:
2.2lbs [1Kg] Cauliflowers
1pc Carrot
4 Shallots
Chili
* Pickled brine
6cup [1.5L] Water
10½Tbsp [150g] Sugar
4½Tbsp [60g] Salt
½tsp Chicken powder
