Sana pala natry nyo din sa Macariolas pero di ko sure kung open pa. Yung laing ang pinangat okay talaga ipalaman lalo na sa malunggay pandesal.

I have been a visitor to the Philippines for 5 years through work - travelling 8+ times per years. I fell in love with the people, the country and the food and as a respectful guest here, I wish so many others came for the same reason and not because they are not fit for a wife at home. Cebu Express is one of my top 10 Filipino foods. Did you try Cebu Express when you visited Cebu. That was just a bit too fishy for me

My mom is from bicol camarines Sur.. and I've live back before in bicol in 2 years.. for me the authentic food that I taste in bicol is the "Kinunot" braised Stingray in coconut milk with malunggay leaves or kangkong... And Lalo na pag fiesta.. halos Lahat Ng elders and relatives namin nag sasama sama mag katay Ng hayup baboy baka etc.. and sabay sabay mag lutoluto.. 😊 Top 5 bicolano food for me: Kinunot "Stingray" Pancit Bato Bicol express the legit ways...no pork.. (gata, Bagoong,sili, kamyas) Dinuguan with Gata Sinantolan sira (Tambakol) 🔪😊
