Look's like there are many boxes that are Ticked, however items such as a miniscule front mudguard on a bike with a large radiator mounted on the front down-tubes means that either one adds an extension (even a mud flap), or spends a lot of time cleaning (and even repairing) the fragile exposed radiator core area.
Just "google" 'BMW R60/5 front mudguard' and select Images- for an example of a front 'guard that does a reasonable task of keeping the front down-tubes region clean of road grime.

I don't think so, I'm 1.80m and have plenty of space. 3-4cm more leg and arm length is no problem.
