Awesome video my friend , I would love to see your video on your garlic sauce you make in the near future , look forward to that video . Liked and subscribed👍
will do - I have many homemade sauces I want to share - time to film, edit and release is the only thing keeping me back 😅 Soon ;) Thank you for the message
@@HomevertHomesteader your welcome , I totally understand , making videos is time consuming , when you upload your new videos they should filter through and I can catch up .👍
Amazing - I use store bought because I have nobody around who sells raw milk . Its not illegal here like I hear it is in some parts of the world (insane!!!) just not many country folk around anymore .... One day ill have a milk cow or 3 goats and raw milk everyday 😁 Let me know how it went - you can control the consistency to suit your pallet and preference. I like it as whey free as possible but my friends keep it less in the strainer for a creamier consistency. have fun with it.🙂
@@HomevertHomesteader mine is store bought too. I’m in Canada and it is illegal here. It’s a shame. I like mine without as much whey as possible too. My son is lactose intolerant so the less whey, the less lactose in the finished product. I bought a yogurt strainer container off Amazon that makes straining really easy. It’s called Euro Cuisine GY50 Yogurt maker.
@@Red2U Thanks for the info - always good to have tools that make the process more streamlined and accessible. As for the illegality of real food .... I wont go on a rant here. Suffice to say that is insane how deep governments are allowed to mess with people's life in order to promote their crook friends products and bussiness. Where I'm at its not illegal but they made sure that nobody would be able to live the countryside and produce it. So its the same basicaly. Anyway, thanks for the reply 🙂
My pleasure and let me know how it went - consistency wise, you do you. If you like it runnier/ more classic yogurt like don't remove all the whey. Make it your own ;)
Yup - biedronka for the win :D Its hard to find store milk that can be used in homemade projects - as all are so preserved, pasteurised and chemicalised that nothing works. After trying many options, this Biedronka milk is the only one that's still ok and can be cultured. I even made cheese with it so its a good option if you live in Poland. Have a great week!
Yes I always use my own culture to renew the next - unless something happens and I cross-contaminate it with something and a pink mold grows on it - then I do it all from scratch.
I watched the whole thing thinking your a massive channel, but not even 500 views? Crazy. I love how peacful and calm everthing is, keep it up.
Thank you
I'm very happy you found it so.
Take care 🙂

Will your yogurt work to make your next batch ?
