    6:13 pinch blocks, book width and CD lift. I also like to use adjustable grippers, putting the palm side along my fingers, top pads, then pinching with the thumb.
    Cannonball pull ups can help some too, esp as an Archer pullup

    Hey Hadyn... You can use a Band and just loop onto something solid and then just loop onto your thumb and work the thumb muscle that way or and aswell I turn the grippers or CoC back to front in the palm of my hand and you can work the thumb muscle more and just do lots of sets and reps.

      Yo yeah those are good ideas, I also just like the idea of all the proper grip tools to keep getting some nice one rep maxes

    what happen to you? years ago i saw a video of you doing smolov jr and you hit a 155 bench at like half your current bw and with like 8 years less of training
