This last song is a cover by a Korean rock band Nell. Taeyeon performed the song at one of her concerts years ago and it got really popular with the fans. Nell also liked the cover. Both songs are very sad and hauntingly beautiful. He is a chart-topping solo artist in Korea. Him and Taeyeon got along really well in the show. He's a member of a rock band DickPunks - The older guy in glasses is Lee Juck. He's a veteran singer-songwriter who's well recognized for both his solo work and various projects - The guy on the guitar and sometimes drums is Jukjae. He is a solo singer-songwriter but he is also a very skilled guitarist who plays for some of the biggest names in the industry, including Taeyeon. He can be seen in the acoustic version MV for "11:11" and as a part of the live band for her 'S Concert tour. They are not really "Taeyeon's band" in this show. She's the most globally recognized name on the list but she's also the maknae (youngest) there and Lee Juck for example has much more experience and authority in the team. Also they came to the show as equals, so there are multiple performances where Taeyeon does only backing vocals for example. To answer your question about the locations, they spent several days in Berlin and Amsterdam. That summer was abnormally hot, so they only performed in the evenings. Yes, they did busking in many diferent places. two locations per episode (4ep in berlin/2ep in amsterdan with her), sometimes they are just walking around to found a good place to play some music.
What is so fun about Begin Again is that everyone sings and plays instruments. Taeyeon and Paul Kim are the only ones that don't know 'real' instruments but they contribute if they are not singing by using a tambourine or something simple. But everyone in the band has their own songs that they will sing.

Begin Again is the basking program where famous musicians from korean get together as a band. Actually male singer here is another famous singer Paul Kim. One of the reasons I love this season of begin again is Taeyeon X Paul Kim performances. They have such a good chemistry vocally.
