That's weird that they have all these videos about people in the trash industry but yet I can't be able to make a youtube video on my lunch break when I'm working on a garbage truck without my boss trying to threaten me with rules when he don't even know social media is a matter of fact I think I saw his boss in the beginning of his this video I guess apparently lot of Waste Management guys are breaking the rules

+john Francis koziol Jr (Drivin2Insanity) Not particularly. I would safely assume there is quite a difference between an employee filming something (and making money off it) - or a media company (like CNBC) arranging for 'coming along for the ride' and interviews. Plus, at 2:09, the Mayor McCheese gets a free PSA for the Dept. of Sanitation! Don't forget this was a TV documentary....

I sure haven't seen any money off of it and I'm not the first person who has done this and whatever I do when I am technically off the clock that includes my lunch break is pretty much my business .when you only have 15 subscribers at the time I only had three when you're lucky to get no than 5 views and you're just doing it as a hobby. if I was planning on doing it to make money I would be monetized .nobody even knew of my channel except for a few friends but when the shit hit the fan until some person that I work with saw some of my stuff online and then turn around and spread a bunch of rumors about it . And of course there is a lot of workplace bullying going on and I was made at Target because some people obviously have an issue with me and the next thing you know I have people now saying that I'm saying things and doing things that I have not even done at all and we just got a social media policy that year. And stuff that was being discussed was based off of things before the policy took place. Technically that would be grandfathered in. it was that new of a policy that the boss did not even know how to handle the situation and then I went one step up and called the Waste Management integrity hotline and people were supposed to be experts at our work policies .did not even know either how to handle it. there was no mentioning about the company I work for there was no showing of company logos or anything that would make you think that I was even in a certain profession . You wouldn't not even know I work work for a certain company unless you actually knew who I was. just because you can see part of the work vehicle in the background does not mean anything not everybody on TH-cam is making a jennamarbles income so few people watch my stuff I don't even think $0.15 is even income. And believe it or not a lot of the stuff that I did that I was getting ridiculed for I was not even at work or in the work vehicle. I could have been in my car driving on the way home or at my own home. just because I'm wearing a yellow shirt does not mean nothing they sell these shirts all over the place there's no you of any logo in the most cases..

I look online and there's a lot of people doing videos of them at work doing their job and I'm not one of them and in many cases when I am making a video I have nothing really to do with work at all far from it. It's probably just another case of corporate America feeling fear because a little blue collar guy could be stirring up a little bit attention hearing that there could be some kind of overthrow of BigBoss government.. Just like Media Corporation - with certain radio personalities that they spear attract a lot of attention and could be very influential especially those people that are not in the mainstream kid friendly puppy dog and kitty cats environment . those people such as Howard and Bubba tend to be more into talking about a girls puppies under her shirt and her kitty cat between her legs we all know corporate world hears people like that and because some of my stuff may have a small trace of that energy people will like to start controversy same scenario basically where you got a bunch of people talking a bunch of crap about stuff that they've never heard or seen . And of course I think this crap all ended when the company did not seem to realize our own policies and the lawyer that I hired had to go over their own policies with them. I'm not that type of person if somebody pushes me around I back down I did too much of that in high school when I was being bullied I learn the ability to push back even harder . it might have to do with the fact that I am an American I know my rights I have fought for my right and the rights of everybody else including the right of free speech as long as I'm not involving my employer I should be fine just because I'm wearing a certain type of shirt should not me nothing because if that was the case some construction company should be suing the guy from the YMCA for wearing a construction vest without any shirt on underneath that we know that guy sitting up on stage performing a song and getting paid for it .

. And that media company is doing this for free yeah I believe that when I see it. they get paid for ratings and how many people watch their stuff in dead videos probably money tai so everybody watches that they're getting paid for it
