Just won my chip in now a 2 year old dynasty super flex league, half PPR, 3 WR, 2 RB. My older brother runs it, $50 pay in each year. We keep our starting lineup, and if you don’t choose to keep a kicker / defense you go in to a separate draft specifically to fill out those positions. We keep every position besides super flex, so the 2nd QB changes each year usually. We do keep the flex spot. The rookies are mixed in the same draft as the players that aren’t kept on every roster. It’s an 8 round draft. My core is Allen, Chubb, Kyren, Amon-Ra, Diggs(may look to move), Pollard(looking to move), Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Gotta make keeper decisions which makes dynasty hard sometimes. Not sure what to do with Jaylen Warren, Nico Collins, and Jayden Reed. I can keep 1 at flex spot out of them

My older brother may offer a first round pick for him though, so that would give me 2 firsts to snag a good super flex QB and a young talent. Traded my second rounder for kyren about week 5 so I may stack more picks especially after winning it all I can retool
I love this video I would also love a follow up video that’s way more in depth and long and about more intricate details on how to commission a dynasty league. Like rules, the best settings, how to handle certain situations that may come up, etc.
We've had our dynasty 14 man since 2007, we created a booster leauge separate from our dynasty so teams that are not good can win in a yr. 2 yr. League and win draft picks
@@kyleb8570sounds like a redraft league with the same GMs as the dynasty league....where the winning payouts are draft picks in their dynasty league. And this is to help boost the value of the GMs dynasty teams....hence the name booster league. I'm not sure, but I'm assuming it's a free to play league for the dynasty GMs?? Again, I have never heard of a "Booster League" before.... SoOoOooo this explanation is TOTALLY all speculation on my part.
We do auction league dynasty with experienced guys but I help people that are new and give them a couple of different strategies do they don’t bomb cause I don’t want a dumpster fire that’s hard to fill

Sleeper is fine for generic basic dynasty leagues. But anything with any meat to it mfl is superior in every way. The fees are like a few bucks per owner and you just can't run a functioning devy, salary cap, etc league on sleeper. Sleeper has it's place and I have leagues on there too I just recommend people check out both mfl and sleeper and pick the one that fits their leagues the best.
doing my second startup dynasty this year. 28 rounds pretty sure so not too bad. pretty sure it's not a slow draft. my first wasn't and it's mostly the same people as my other. snake draft 3rd round reversal. te premium. we're gonna draft after the NFL rookie draft is done so we know what teams they are on.

What do you recommend for a league that started out with some bad rules (or just not ideal) and want to pivot to make it more of an impactful way? My one dynasty league had kickers, then we faded them out, we started with a shallow bench and starting roster, then added another WR slot and a few more bench spots, now there's been talks of adding a SF or 2 QB starting. Any thoughts or recommendations?

I’d prob keep Collins or Reed out of the three and I’d lean Collins at that point

Yup I like drafting the rookie picks now, and waiting for the rookie draft until right after the real draft

If I am having a draft after the nfl draft with rosters 28 man deep and 4 taxj spots should the draft be 32 rounds?
How do set up the rookie draft after the startup draft and everyone picked kickers? Do you trade the picks or can you assign each individual pick?

announce the change like a year or more in advance so everyone has time to make necessary roster moves
2qb superflex is just a more fun format. In my league we just had a vote to change it
What are your thoughts on Auction Drafts for dynasty leagues? It more skill but it allows people to get the players they actually like
