    As somebody who served on a jury in a murder case...I can say this
    When the defence can question the evidence and put doubt in the Jury's mind...Everything changes...Especially when the Prosecution has no reasonable explanation for it.
    Problem is...The Prosecution here thought they had a Slam Dunk case.
    They said "They will prove beyond Reasonable Doubt that OJ committed these crimes"
    So like the case that I served on.
    All the defense had to achieve,was too put that reasonable doubt in our minds.
    And by doing that successfully,OJ walked free,same like the case I was on.

      I think the problem in this argument is that it is not reasonable to conclude that LAPD planted the evidence and someone else committed these murders without leaving any dna from him/herself but planted OJ’s blood there and at Rockingham? This is virtually impossible - not reasonable. This jury was made up of a box of rocks

    • @tobak952
      @tobak952 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@alymo67 considering Furhmann had a history of planting evidence and a motive for doing so that was consistent with his history. Considering that the police had OJs blood, and the blood found at the crime scene was shown to contain EDTA, pointing to it comming from a test tube. Considering that the sock was shown to have been deliberately smeared with blood. Considering that the gloves didn't fit. Considering how ridiculous it would be for Simpson, knowing he had dropped a glove at the crimescene to drop another glove at his home. Considering that no one could pin down the number of killers. Considering that there was unidentifiable blood and fingerprints at the crimescene. Not only is it reasonable to believe the police planted evidence, it is utterly unreasonable to believe that they didn't. Despite not having any requirement to do so, the defense prooved their case beyond a reasonable doubt.

      Forensics never lie...it's all based on objective truth, the problem is when stupid people become jurors and don't understand forensics is why the guilty walk and the innocent are convicted. At that time in the 90s DNA forensics was in its infancy, so of course that doesn't help the jurors of that time that are not only stupid to begin with, but also have no clue about blood DNA.

    Kato was an extremely important witness. He testified that he heard the loud disturbing thumps on the wall at 10:40 pm, which was the same time that another witness heard some men talking at the murder scene, one saying "hey hey hey". It would have been helpful if Kato had actually gone down that walkway and discovered the glove that night. That would have removed all doubts on the bloody glove issue. Unfortunately at this time we have several inconclusive conclusions regarding the bloody glove at OJ's house.

      It doesn’t make sense to me. How did OJ drop that glove? They never found a weapon or any bloody clothes and shoes. Why would he hold on to one glove? He put it in his pocket? Why would he put a bloody glove in his pocket as he’s getting rid of all the other bloody stuff? He knew he left one at the scene. Why would he keep the matching glove and take it home with him? He wasn’t carrying the stuff in his arms, dropping the glove Inadvertently. He couldn’t be jumping the fence, holding these blood soaked items, and banging into the wall of katos room. Leaving no trace of blood on the wall, fence, or leaf covered ground. He had the stuff in a bag, loosely tied, I guess, and the glove just fell out? Shouldn’t the glove be at the bottom of the bag since it would be the first item in? You’re not going to continue to wear this one bloody glove and touch everything after you made it away from the scene. It doesn’t make sense that this one glove fell out of a bag. Even if he threw it over the fence before he jumped over. I think the killer left both gloves at the scene and disappeared into a waiting vehicle parked in the alley. Furhman saw both gloves and took one.

      It's peculiar that there was no bloody foot prints leading up to the glove on Simpson's property. Fuhrman was the first detective on the property when he scaled the wall gaining access to the length and breath of that space, leaning on the excuse that it was thought O. J. could be a murder victim. In reality they automatically wanted Simpson to be the culprit. Why didn't they contact Nicole and Ron's families first? No... let's go find the ex-husband. We know the blood was contaminated with EDTA, probably when it was taken from the crime scene and planted on Simpson's property that first night.

      I am actually conflicted about this case, so I really don't have a completely formed opinion about what happened. I've watched much of the actual case (not commentaries) as well as documentaries like this with commentaries. But in response to your question, it could be perfectly reasonable that the investigating police would plant the evidence not knowing where he was because if they did find out later that he wasn't there within the timeframe, they would have the option of either not submitting that so-called evidence or leaving it as a mystery. I honestly don't think what you're saying is a reason to believe that the evidence wasn't planted. However, having said that, I'm not saying it WAS planted either. There are a lot of inconsistencies on both sides. This is a really hard case, but even if OJ is guilty, the prosecution didn't prove their case beyond reasonable doubt.

    One of the many issues I had was the drops of blood on Nichole’s back that were obviously from someone who stood over her dripping blood as she died. Of all the evidence to be destroyed/lost this was the worst. A close second was the stomach content. One pointed to the when and the other (possibly) exactly who. Another confusion is how did OJ return home, leave a “blood trail” from his Bronco to his door and also return home by jumping over a fence, dropping a glove and sneaking around the opposite side of the house? Both can not be true.

      agree . since the 90's i have wondered why would he jump the fence, leave no drops of blood then run in from the gate to be seen from by the limo driver, leaving drops of blood on the drive way? it doesn't make sense to me. why was his blood taken to the scene, not to the lab? how can you kill two people and only have one cut on a finger when Ron Goldman fought so hard?

    Judge Ito did an excellent job. There was no bias from him for either side. Interestingly enough is that nobody ever testified that they saw any cut finger on any hands of OJ BEFORE leaving for Chicago, even though people were next to him, helping him with his bags, sitting next to him, observing his hands closely looking for a championship ring, handing him things to sign and autograph, etc. Yet noone saw him bleeding, nor a cut, nor a bandaid, nor wearing gloves. People even described what he was wearing that night. So there is a reason to doubt his guilt based on that fact until there is evidence to clearly show that he was injured from his left side when he boarded the plane to Chicago. With so much video surveillance at airports even at that time one would think that there would be clear pictures of OJ while he was at the airport. Yet there was never any proof that he was injured, hurt, bruised, or bleeding that night from any part of his body.

      On the witness stand fuhrman slipped and said there were two gloves at Bundy. He referred to the gloves as them meaning more than one. That proves he grabbed one and planted it at OJs.
      He might have reported that the left glove was the one found at Bundy after they learned about OJs cut finger to set up the narrative that he was somehow cut during the murders. They then found blood that could have been his, and it was the size of blood that would fit on the head of a pin. That was the blood allegedly that came out of his cut when OJ walked out the back gate. The blood was so degraded that it could have come from one of OJs kids. It wasnt a direct match to OJ. Most anti-oj people dont know that. So all the talk of a lot of his blood found at Bundy is not true.

    1. OJ had no injuries other than a cut finger
    2. In his 40s and had physical health conditions that were proven
    3. Goldman wasn't just a participant in training but had competed in karate competitions so he 100% could fight which his injuries proved he did
    I believe OJ did kill Nicole but another person or two did Ron because he would have beaten OJ pretty convincingly even if OJ used a weapon he would have had physical marks on his face, legs stomach, etc but he didn't so with that in itself proves there would have had to be another person involved or several

    • @jfearless3420
      @jfearless3420 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jurors will say anything after the case is over because they are scared of people who send them death threats when they dont like their verdict. It's easy to see reasonable doubt in this case. The people who think OJ killed Nicole and Ron Goldman fall under one or more of these categories:
      1) Racist- Many, not all, white people associated black people as uneducated, violent, angry thugs especially after what happened during the LA Riots. They saw black people as dangerous, angry thieves.
      Despite the riots occurring due to the non-conviction of the police officers who beat Rodney King many, not all, white people ignored what the white police officers did and focused only on the actions of what some black people were doing during the riots.
      This anger stayed in many, not all, white peoples' minds and were stirred back up when they watched the news seeing black people taking OJs side and cheer for him.
      OJ became a symbol of hate from these particular white people. He was their king and was just as bad as the rioters and black people who supported him. When OJ was found not guilty and videos of black people cheering were presented on the news many, not all, white people were offended and took exception to their celebration. To this day resentment and anger still dwells in these individual's souls. As a result, their anti- OJ sentiment lives on and wont consider that he's innocent.
      2) Police worshippers-- these people for some reason will never accept the possibility that the police will go out of their way to frame people for crimes they didnt commit despite video proof of police planting drugs on citizens or caught on their dash cams lying about citizens doing things they werent doing. Despite all of the video proof of police misconduct these police worshippers deny police would ever be derelict in their duties.
      3) Misinformed--there are people that are just given false infot
      4) Follow the majority

    Amazing to me that after all of these years no one considers the theory that Kato was the killer. Now before you say he seems too quirky or awkward to do it people should keep in mind guys like James Holmes, Adam Lanza, and Stephen McDaniel. It somewhat makes sense that he could do it. He had no alibi the night of the murders. The detectives never examined him for injuries. He had plenty of time to dispose of the evidence. The glove was found behind his bungalow. Its doubtful an NFL legend would leave one glove at one crime scene and implicate himself by dropping the other glove at the location where he lives. Its also doubtful a running back would have trouble avoiding an air conditioner. If Kato were the killer it would be logical for him to make up a story of hearing 3 thumps in case anyone says they saw him outside. Caucasian hairs were found on both gloves. He had access to the Bronco. Im not saying kato did it. Im just saying they hadnt even considered him a suspect. Doesnt make sense.

    • @jfearless3420
      @jfearless3420 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. You should do some research and you will see why. I recommend the book called Killing Time. Most people think OJs guilty because they dont realize how contaminated the crime scenes were, how evidence was suddenly discovered weeks after the murders when they werent there prior like the blood in the Bronco, the blood at the back gate at bundy, ojs socks having Nicole's blood with EDTA which only exists in vials. The police collected Nicole and Ron's blood. There is no sign of a cut at the glove at Bundy where OJ supposedly was cut. Caucasian hairs were found in the knit cap and gloves that are unidentified. The knit cap was too small for OJs head which is why he never tried it on. The coroner originally said that two knives were used in the murders indicating two killers.

    • @PKerusso
      @PKerusso 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@jfearless3420 - sloppy police work was uncovered no doubt about that. However-There’s no evidence of blood being placed at rockingham or evidence being planted. That’s simply a defense the defense used to create reasonable doubt. Which it clearly did. This doesn’t not at all prove he’s innocent. Ive no doubt despite the sloppy police work that he’s in fact guilty. He had the motives, the anger , and opportunity to do it as he confronted Nicole before leaving for Chicago. Most likely he was stalking her at the time and confronted and Ron Goldman as he walked up her walkway. The glove most likely came off during the violent attacks and it appears he was bitten on the finger by either one of them. He never wore the cap. This was in June and it most likely fell out of his Clothes or something like that when he pulled out a knife from a pocket etc. perhaps the cap belonged to Ron. We just don’t know really. None of this points to his innocence. His blood was found in many places, not just the items you talk about in your post. He was a very angry and jealous man when it came to Nicole. He was also very much losing control of her as she moved on with her life. The testimony of the limo driver was very convincing indeed. He said the bronco was not there and oj did not answer the call for 14 minutes. He overslept- yeah right. Nicole herself knew he would one day kill her. She knew this because she witnessed his rage and jealousy as none of us could have. No, there’s no other person wanted her dead more than OJ

    • @jfearless3420
      @jfearless3420 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@PKerusso well, you have the whole anti-oj narrative down. The truth is we really dont know if OJ were angry with Nicole on June 12th or that he was stalking her that night.
      The whole "OJ stalking Nicole and obsessed with her story" is often brought up by anti-OJ proponents like Faye Resnick in order to continue to shift guilt to OJ. I suppose you think he was always at her place watching her as if he didnt have anything better to do or other beautiful women to pursue. He was OJ Simpson.
      The whole "he was obsessed with her and jealous of her with other men" is made up. Prove he was obsessed with her. Prove he was jealous of her with other men. The truth is he divorced her and left her for Paula Barbieri. He moved on.
      She's the one who went to him asking that they get back together. You should read If I did it by Paul Fenjves, Nicole Brown Simpson: the private diary of a life interrupted by Faye Resnick, and How I Helped OJ Get Away with Murder by Mike Gilbert. The narrative that it was Nicole who wanted OJ back and work things out has been consistently told in all of those books. The books were all written by strong "OJ is guilty proponents."
      Strange behavior for a woman who was in fear for her life and was being beaten every day. The truth is there was only one time OJ was physical with her. This idea that he was beating her everyday is ridiculous. She would have been crippled long before she was murdered.
      These stories of her being beaten are all hearsay. Even Nicole's sister Denise says Nicole wasnt a battered woman. It's possible Nicole had photos put away as leverage against OJ and not as proof later to be used in case she were murdered.
      OJ saw Nicole giving Oral Sex to another man in her home one day as he stopped over to visit while their kids were upstairs. He didnt kill that guy. I think his name was Keith. He didnt kill him or Nicole. When OJ would take the kids on vacation with his girlfriend Paula Barbieri Nicole would crash the party. No one talks about her being a stalker. She did that often which strained his relationship with Paula. However, if OJ stops over to visit Nicole and the kids hes stalking her and obsessed.
      Nicole slept with and had an affair with Marcus Allen. She obviously didnt care he was one of OJs good friends or that he was a married man. OJ didnt kill them. What was so special about Ron that OJ would just snap and kill them in cold blood? It doesnt add up. Ron wasnt even seeing Nicole. He was engaged to Andrea Scott.
      Even Goldmans own family says he and Nicole were just friends. Many anti-oj people like to paint them as lovers to support the jealousy narrative. Theres no proof they were intimate.
      Needless to say I dont buy the obsessed, jealousy narrative. I dont buy he was just there stalking her. He had a plane to catch. He didnt know Ron would be there. He didnt know if Nicole would come outside. Why go there to stalk her if there were no guarantee he'd even see her? However, he is wearing gloves and has a knife which means he went there to kill her. If he did kill nicole, then the motive couldnt have been jealousy. It had to have been something else since he was allegedly going to kill nicole prior to Ron being there. What was his motive then?
      He dropped the gloves during the struggle. OJ was a football player who seldom if ever fumbled. We are supposed to believe he fumbled both of them that night.
      Lastly, the limo driver didnt say the Bronco wasnt there. He simply said he didnt see it. He never testified ever seeing it. He was never asked by the prosecution or the defense if he had seen the Bronco as he was leaving rockingham at 11:15pm. It's probably because he doesnt remember seeing the Bronco at all.
      That's a problem. If he didnt see it when he was leaving and it was supposedly there after OJ answered the intercom, then the defense could say he simply didnt see it (but it was there the whole time). Someone though brought up an excellent point. If OJ parked the Bronco on Ashford, then why was he allegedly running from the back supposedly thumping Kato's wall. That doesnt make any sense.
