Do interviewers give marks for stating what the task or scenario is? Like how you did in this video when planning.

For this specific question ethical dilemma, I was always taught to not choose a patient as that is discriminating and it is not allowed under the pillar of justice. I was told to approach this question by, as u said going for and against, then coming to a conclusion where u don't discriminate against any of the patients, and state the medical ethics. So I was told no matter what, to not choose a patient, and after watching this I am now unsure

Alhussein Hamed im in the same situation i thought we shouldnt discriminate against age? Have you heard anything since?

@@umamaaslam3842 In these ethical scenarios, you must explore both sides and explore as many sides and factors that come into play with the scenario. This is ultimately looking at how broad u can think, and that u realise that there are many factors that are involved here. Remember, it's a station, so it will be like a communication. In that sense, u must not choose a patient with your first reply however, if they insist then u state that normally u can't discriminate however, if u insist I would choose the man because....

Okay serious question, I’ve gotten an interview for a pré medical course and it lasts for 1 year , I was wondering if I would be allowed to apply for nursing after that aswell as medicine?

You do, but when talking about an organ transplant, you always want to give it to the person that will receive the most use out of it, so someone younger would get more use out of it.

    Moral imperative = ??

    • @pasebomba

it is basically a pillar of ethics so justice, autonomy, beneficence and non-maleficence

Well I suppose if one was to cheat , that would be unethical ?
It certainly would not be moral .
But if one took Darwinism as a benchmark , the act of deception , would possibly give me an advantage , naturally my cheating would have to be a benefit to the extent , I out perform the competition .
