SuperVince93 No it wasn't. Garou isn't fun at all. Animations are superb but animations aren't the only thing that matters. King of Fighters '98 is in my opinion the best fighting game of all time, period. Anyone's free to disagree, but it's the most fun I've ever had playing a fighting game and all the characters have cool designs and are unique. Garou has 12 characters, most of whom are pretty boring. I dabble in most characters but the only character I really enjoy a lot is Terry. The game feels like Third Strike but slightly worse to me. It's not as fun or wacky as KoF '98, and it's incredibly unbalanced too. Not that KoF '98 doesn't have amazing top tiers and shitty low tiers, but fighting against Kevin and Dong Hwan is some of the least fun I've had in a while. Not to mention that all these characters are fucking randoms. Where's Blue Mary? Andy Bogard? Mai? Etc., the characters aren't interesting and so I don't find the game very interesting either.

Soggy Bread I never GAVE an actual critique. I said the game isn't fun and this guy said "no it's great". The game is boring in my opinion, and you can't change that. T.O.P. isn't even that interesting of a mechanic in my opinion. You just set it and it's a passive, it's not that deep.

En esa continuidad, Terry ya es suficientemente maduro (35 años a diferencia de los 24 que tiene en la saga KOF) y por eso cambia a un estilo más acorde a su edad. Vive la vida como venga pero ya no es tan salvaje como antes. Fue capaz de criar a Rock Howard como si fuera su hermano menor o un hijo, al punto de enseñarle algo del Hakkyokuseiken para defenderse a sí mismo. Cuando Rock se va con su tío Kain en busca de su madre, Terry lo deja ir porque sabe que puede cuidarse a sí mismo, pero recordandole que estará ahí cuando le necesite, lo cual le gana el respeto y el afecto de Rock, quien ve en Terry el padre que Geese nunca pudo ser.
👏👏👏Este era mi juego favorito, llegué a ser muy bueno con Rock, hacia varios combos parecidos, aunque los que haces son mejores. Me gustarían más TAS de este juego. Excelente video 👍
Horacio podrias bajarte Fightcade a tu pc, bajar la rom de garou y jugarlo online, no pide mucho para jugarlo. Siempre es genial ver a jugadores buenos en este juegazo. .

@@raidenkeify Reminder that Rock is Terry's ADOPTIVE SON. He would have taught him all he knew and encouraged him to pick up a few things on his own (much like how Terry did), so I CAN believe that Rock would win and it would be an incredible back and forth.
Lo que me gustaba de este juego era la facilidad con la que uno podía enlazar combos sin preocuparse demasiado por el timing, como en SF3 y posteriores, pero tampoco de una manera tan ridículamente fácil como ocurría en KOF Maximum Impact 2. Y todo eso sin que la animación, ya de por sí excelente, sufriera cortes abruptos. A día de hoy me sigue pareciendo una obra de arte.
Es un clásico el que gana primero gana luego el otro gana 1 y el primero gana el duelo es un duelo clásico estándar mostrando los combos y quintos y las variaciones de golpes de cada personaje buen vídeo.
Gran trabajo Mater, parecería que tomas estos TasVTas como un recreo. Una pelea que muchos queríamos ver y claro, la siguiente generación se impone ! El audio es externo ? No recuerdo ese track
