You just have to minus 4 or add 4 to convert between the two…

I’ve learned so much from your videos so thanks so much for that! I love the look with the waist coat or vest but you did say you would show us options for women who don’t like showing our arms. I’m wondering if you have a video made with those options? As a 60 year old lady I have really ugly saggy old lady upper arms and can no longer confidently wear no sleeves. If you have done a video with this can you let me know where I can find that and if you haven’t done this yet could you? Thank so much.
There’s been many where I’ve shown this but for a current one then you could watch this Sundays video where all but one of the outfits covers the arms and it’s using a uk size 14 model who is 58 years old.

Great video once again! Melissa, I'd like to encourage you to embrace your own exquisite figure. I think you are simply perfect. I notice you use self-depreciation when referring to yourself, (as do I at times); but the truth is, you are also an "everyday woman" and I think your boobs (as you call them) are perfect for you. You are a champion in encouraging all of us to embrace our 'curves and lumps and bumps' so I'd like to encourage you to gift yourself the same luxury. I'd like women everywhere to embrace what we have... Trust me, it helps a lot as we age... At 67, I'm doing my best to embrace my 'new' neck and jowls to show other women we can embrace aging by staying current and wearing many of the styles you show us... we tend to focus on whatever we don't love about ourselves, but we need to take in the whole picture and realize we can all be lovely at any age! That's what you've taught us with your classes... Forgive the long post, but I so want to encourage you and all of us!

I love this new concept of showing two different size ladies wearing the same outfit, it really helps as I am closer to Catherine's size (14/16) and lets face it, you look fabulous in everything you try on.
I have to say Catherine looked amazing in every outfit, there wasn't anything I didn't like on her and she looked so confident and comfortable in all the outfits. Lovely lady, please can we see her more.

I'm late to the video but I wanted to say I tried that scalloped swimsuit back in January and couldn't get my boobs in a size 14 but the returns for M&S are super quick and easy so don't worry about ordering extra sizes.

Maybe try something that you think you wouldn't feel comfortable with and see what happens. When i first show Catherine these outfits she's always reticent then she ends up loving them!

Another great video. Thanks for using a model. She is great. When she pulled the beautiful cream, shape wear camisole out and made it long, it overly extenuated the mid section. Women like to pull their shirts over the belly thinking it hides it, but in fact it does the opposite. Once pulled out the camisole takes up 50% of the body and now the whole mid section is larger. When tucked in the mid section is only about 30% of the body real estate.
You’re exactly right but their insecurities don’t allow them to see that which is why showing them rather than telling them works better!

I loved all the looks today! I’m getting the crochet dress! All the ones I’ve seen were always one size fits all which is not applicable on someone with a tummy and it looked fabulous on your friend! I really wanted the green shirt set but most sizes are out of stock in the shorts.
You could try the shops as they have different stock to online.

I live in Sardinia and picking up on your doubts about wearing knitwear in a hot climate, I can confirm that they are NOT comfortable to wear in summer. Their bulk and heaviness in a suitcase for vacation is also a point of consideration. Packing light cotton and linen fabrics are a much wiser choice. 🥰

Going on a cruise soon so these are great outfits for me to wear. Can I ask, when i wear shorts, they tend to ride up in the middle and cause bunching in the crotch area. Any ideas how to stop this? Many thanks for any suggestions
You’re wearing the wrong cut for your shape I’m afraid and it’s usually to do with the rise area distorting around the stomach. Trial and error I’m afraid.

It is SO HELPFUL to see these outfits in the larger size as well. I'm a age 73, 5 ft. 3: size XL on top (wide shoulders and larger breasts and a tummy) and more trim size 14 bottoms. My legs are my best feature.

So would the tiered blue dresses suit pear shapes too please? I’ve found these tutorials very interesting and the elasticated waist trousers sound good to me as at 66 I’m finding I too can’t wear jeans as they feel so tight and restricting around the waistline. As I do dressmaking you’ve given me many ideas of what styles I should now be making, so thanks for this. Also dare I say that only last year I threw out shoulder pads thinking I’d never use them….lol I’ve just reordered some. ❤❤❤❤
They’d only suit pear shaped women if the shoulders were wide enough to balance out the hips. X
There is nothing wrong with your fingers 😊 you have lovely wrists and hands and the almond-shape nail elongates your fingers. You should know this 😉.

Oh my God! Havaianas!! They are a Brazilian brand (I am brazilina) and it's so funny because there, it's like the most common, not special at all type of sandlas/flip flops. and also, I know emgilsh speaking people call is havaianas, pronouncing the H as in 'hotel' for example, that's not how you say it. In Portuguese, when a word starts with an H, the H is silent, as if the word starts with the vowel. So you would say "avaiananas'. also As sound like an A not like ae hehehe I love your videos!! About to buy some online services ;)

All TH-camrs always suggest jumpsuits for traveling. For me personally - this wouldn’t be my choice. When I travel I have to use bathrooms and to me a jumpsuit seems very uncomfortable. How am I supposed to get it off without touching anything?
