      I think that could be the reason why lately her workouts have been so short

      @ actually I was pretty frustrated because of this and felt that her latest workouts are more beginner/moderate intensity and just too easy for me(like the newest or boss bands).I got used to the old hardcore Cathe workouts like Bootcamp and High Step Training and I was missing those. But after her reveal about her knees I got it! I wish her a pleasant recovery! Even if I never gonna get “old” Cathe back I still have those goodies and in my opinion she gave us a lot!

      @@reginab875 You can definately see a difference from her older workouts to now. It happens to all of us as we age and slow down. I used to be able to run but cant anymore. I do the elliptical. I think I am the same age as Cathe. Sometimes I think all the step aerobics ruined my knees. I was a step animal and loved her step videos.
