You said it! Also, the 1st 43 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer “Flip The Frog”, “Willie Wopper”, “Happy Harmonies” and “Captain & The Kids” color cartoons made in the 1930’s plus “An Optical Poem” alongside black and white “Flip The Frog”, “Willie Wopper”, “Captain & The Kids” & “Count Screwloose and J.R. The Wonder Dog” shorts before the animation studio switched to color cartoons full time @ 0:01, 0:51-0:53, 1:02, 1:04-1:46, 1:48 & 2:02-2:04 Furthermore, you forgot to add the John Sutherland “Fun Facts About America” film series and the 3 MGM/Visual Arts TV specials produced by Chuck Jones unit in this video.
Sort of Turner via it's entertainment company still has the copyright to the MGM material Warner does has distribution rights. Plus the Iwerks shorts (Flip the Frog abd Willie Whopper) are still in their control.
By 1935, when Avery was hired, the Schlesinger studio had only two full-time, regular film directors: Friz Freleng and Jack King. Avery became the third regular director. Christy, actually they're almost the same gags, but wackier than the 1935 take of Avery.
I think Looney Tunes are the funniest, but MGM is definitely up there, especially Tex Avery’s stuff. Makes sense considering that he was at Warner before going to MGM.

Especially once Tex Avery arrived at MGM. Plus once Tom and Jerry took off.
