There is no feeling afterwards, only a determination to not be caught. It's truly terrifying, and really quality acting!

It kinda reminds me of how he acted when he was the monster in In Silence. How he just kept calmly, quietly, slightly unhinged saying "Hello"; sometimes as an exclamation, sometimes as a question, and when he found his victims, a statement. Kind of like he was trying to lure them into a false sense of security, portraying mannerisms of a friendly human, only to lash out and attack them. Even offering a bit of advice before striking to kill.

This is one of my favorite episodes. I remember watching this and being 100% it was Mortemer also. And it felt like she was venting to taunt him, but after rewatching it I think she left marks vision just long enough to hook back around. It completely blew my mind that it was snerd.
