ive got mad respect for the elite medics: in a society that outright views you as a lesser being and not even worth the air you breathe, these guys are out there literally fighting (the patient) to save the patients lives... triage in a combat zone is bad enough, but to have to deal with fighting your patient just to heal them too is just something else.

While I believe that 343 will do much better with the story and game design of the campaign, I really hope these type of “missions” return. You really do get an insight into the mundane parts of the Halo Universe. Mixed that with great dialogue, it immerses the player more.

I'm sorry, but what were you on? This video is about dialogue, of course the uploader was not going to show them fighting. Besides, it was the same in Halo 3, the only other instance you aren't fighting against them, when not engaged in combat. That was all mission context, same as this. Nothing but their appearance has changed.
This is one of the only things 343 did correctly. I love hearing casual dialogue like this. It humanizes the enemy species we fought in previous Halos. It gives them more than 2 dimensions.
Positivitea their voices used to sound so noble but when 343 unnecessarily changed their design they also changed their voices. I hate pretty much everything about the new elites their pretty much just Brutes now.
I do not presume to know each and every one of my brethren's intentions, but my guess is that they wish to sound intimidating to any humans present in order to assert fear and dominance, thus the brutish voice. There are plenty, especially the Arbiter and myself, who find this ridiculous and undignified.
I keep forgetting how grunts are over five feet tall. It's because they're usually next to elites, brutes, and spartans that are all over seven feet tall.
People say Halo 5 is bad but it’s my favorite, the detailed idle dialogue and redone looks of the aliens and everything else breathes so much more life into halo for me. So hyped for halo 6
I'm glad this includes the tent medic dialogue. That's actually a real thing with sanghelli. They believe it dishonorable to draw blood outside of battle. Medical attention is a disgrace to them.
I find their opinions of honor foolish. Where is the honor in dying in battle if there is more glory to be found? It would be more honorable, in my own and many others opinions, to be wounded, receive treatment, and fight another day.
