If everything is backed up, and you perform a hard reset does it completely wipe out everything like pictures, music, apps, and contacts or just the systems cache
When the phone turns on it ask for a WiFi connection to identify the google account. In other words it keeps asking for the google account

Try method
PPL use the LOCK SIM Card method it works as of today just have a sim card in lock mode find its default pin of any phone and insert in phone then remove and press power button at the same time. if successful you will get a different lock screen with a lock logo on it click it then notification menu will show up. Follow with TUTORIAL;; th-cam.com/video/dkfE0_kA1ns/w-d-xo.html also so recommend that you use the links and apks of this video as it does work wonder at getting rid of that frp lock screen of doom.

i agree i have an iphone while i like the phone very much people who steal phones know they can steal ur android phone and reset it behind ur back while ur looking for it xd and they cant do that on an iphone and they cant bypass the icloud lock
