Converting your MC Series Three Point from Manual to Electric Controls is a simple process. It’s as easy as 1 - 2 - 3.
When you order your conversion kit from AG Spray Equipment, it will come with the electric control valve, wiring harness and control box. The electric motor assembly is shipped with the body to protect the shaft and seal. When you are ready to upgrade, simply remove the wire u-clip below the valve control motor and remove from the body by pulling the items away from each other.
The existing manual control lever on your MC Series Three point can be removed in the same manner.
Install your electric control valve by carefully inserting it into the body on your sprayer. Be sure to place it in the housing straight to avoid damaging the shaft and seal. Replace the pin and your valve is secure.
Next you will want to hook up your wiring harness. Your kit includes packaging for securing your wiring harness in place.
After removing the protective cover and connecting your wiring harness, use these items to make sure the harness remains connected to the valve.
