Ok so they sell it as luxury and then we get to the door to the very first apartment and they clearly never used painters tape . Like how now?! But thanks, at least I didn’t have to watch for long before realising I was wasting my time

I strongly feel the sorrounding area is what really sells real estate. Very important feature left out.
The area outside is mathare North just Google it on Google earth 🌎
Some tribes cannot occupy this area because of hostility towards them ,the locals are very tribal and uncouth during election periods
