Sir you have not explain how other two necessary conditions progress and bounded waiting are satisfied or not.

Progress is there as no process is blocking the other one. Bounded wait is also there as after completion of one process the other process is being executed

Confuse about the Concept of Semicolon(While) Statement? it means if one Condition is False then it will enter in Critical Section. Plz tell me, Am I thinking right?

Matlab ek process check krega ki mere se pehle koi aur process ne critical section ko access krne ka try kiya hai kya, agar kiya hoga toh wo infinite loop mein fass jayega aur dusra process critical section ko access kr payega. Agar nhi, toh wo khud critical section ko execute krega.
