Jab sabji, dal me namak jyada ho jata hai to usme potato chunks dal ke thoda paka lena aur bad me potato chunks nikal ke alag kar sakte ho ya uske sath bhi kha sakte ho. Namak ki matra theek ho jayegi.

It's badana =bada+daana, especially made by the moong lentil. For meetha some people use rice flour with moong daal flour. For moti choor laddu's the same flour of moong daal is used without mixing. In short the small grain size is motichur and the large grain size is badana.
