A&Y Adventures to: Union Valley Reservoir and Bassi Falls!
Union Valley Reservoir has nice campground spaces right next to lake and you can easily walk along the lake. Beautiful place! Great for families.
The campground we stopped at is also super close to Bassi falls. About a 10 minute drive only! Limited space for parking so plan your trip well! It's possible to hike to the top of the falls, but it was super hot when we went so we had to turn that down.
Heard it's worth the climb! So do it if you can! Let us know how it went for you!
And if there's any hiking trails or waterfalls that you recommend or would like us to go check out, please let us know!

Not sure how I missed this video, as it's from June, but, glad it came up! We've yet to go to Union Valley and what I like about this video, is, and as well in your "about", it looks easy in navigating around the lake so to be away from the "masses" of people. I am gathering that from the parking lot to where you found your fishing spot, was an easy walk? Bassi Falls looks beautiful, but, a bit of a hike for us lol!
We were actually in a camp ground at the lake. It was early morning so not a lot of people were up yet. Campground was pretty packed as far as I remember. But it was really nice that the campground was next to the lake! We still have to explore Union Valley some more! Let us know what you recommend for Union Valley!
And oh goodness! Bassi Falls was quite the hike for sure -- and you have to know where you're going!
