What’s that glitch with the slide spin? How do you do it? It looks like it would be useful when Doing time trials

It is a mach tornado spin (MTS).
It consists of the player slide spinning while in the middle of a jump.
While slide spinning, spam square.
It is a consistent method used by speed runners to cut down those milliseconds.
