A true roach of the music world. Regardless of form his music takes it’s always well crafted, well presented, and fully entertaining. I don’t care what he’s up to but whenever I have the opportunity to see him play, I’ll be there. A true legend - much love & respect.
If you don’t have a guitar, a low watt tube amp and a decent overdrive. I hadn’t picked up a guitar for 20 years because of anxiety. Once I made the commitment, just 15 minutes every day, anxiety and depression began to melt away. By no means am I a mental health expert but I started taking pride in my improvement. It helped me refocus. Just remember it’s supposed to be fun, don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Keep your head up and always fight the good fight just like Bob. Cheers
As much as Bob helped to revolutionize the melodic hard rock sound of most of the 90s, he still has those punk roots. He seems to do this with most of his solo performances of old Hüsker Dü/Sugar material
im drunk and this was so badass i couldnt even comprehend it, have to take another listen. epic song

What a great version.
This dude is so under appreciated. I love Bob Mould's music. This version is a bit fast for me, but Bob's voice is so recognizable and classic.
My god Bob. Thank you for all of this
Amazing that this is the guy from the legendary Husker Du.
Amazing after all these years...one of the best pop metal.songs ever thanks Bob love me some sugar
There's nothing metal about it whatsoever.
Beautiful song
plus I love the blackstar amp, this guy can do no wrong
We saw him at Bumbershoot last Sunday, as always a fast-paced, energetic and rockin' show. He has lost nothing over the years.
I thought it was really funny how all the guys in the front row were dressed exactly like Mould
Every guy at every Bob Mould concert is dressed like Bob Mould
Muito bom!!! Sempre....
Why is this the only song from this show on youtube - after almost 7 years?
Bob's a-CHEATIN' on the end riff!
❤
go Jon Wurster of Superchunk on drums!!
The drummer is crap. Didn't do the necessary rolls that makes the song sound complete.
@@paulosicne5803 thanks Robert Christgau
I won tickets to this, but my anxiety disorder kept me from attending.
Hang in there, bro👍 Bob’s music is amazing it got me through my mothers death over 25 years ago.

fuch he can still sing
I don't mind the speed, I just wish he still sang the "stilli i ill" and "untiil i ill" at the end.
I actually prefer the live versions to the album version,
I agree about the pace on this version: too damn fast.

I think playing live results in being overexcited and playing faster. I dig the breakneck speed
Ii
Wow, that ending feels really lazy. He can't be bothered to play the outro so he just sings it?
It's acoustic in LP, Copper Blue
I liked that outro so much it was background of my answering machine/fax. Loved Sugar.
