I'm a late degree Libra rising (26') also Cancer sun/moon, do you think its a good idea to hear the Scorpio rising forecast as well? It seems some of the placements in the houses you reference to are different on my natal chart ( Aquarius in the 5th house, Aquarius is in the 4th house for me) a few other placements as well. Would love your feedback on this, thank you! 🙏🏼
I use whole sign system and it sounds like you might use placidus house system. When you generate your chart try switching to whole sign houses. If you’re a late degree Libra rising you could listen to Scorpio rising if you think your birth time is not completely accurate…if you were born a few minutes later it could push the ascendant into Scorpio. See if Scorpio rising resonates more or less 💗

Try using whole sign.
