@@nobigdealla6309 I did have some black artifacts on the sides but i fixed that. My issue is the frame rate drops to like 50fps, 52fps. I don't think it should be that bad. I have a 2060 and 5800X. It should be more than enough to run this game stable. I have it at 4K upscale tho. So that might be it. I'll try your settings and see if that is the problem.
Hey bro, I think I found out what my problem was. I think my Settings were just too high. I turned it down to 1080p instead of 4K and now I haven't had any drops from 60. Im using your 60fps patch and textures pack too. Thanks again for your help man.
I will test it when I have time .I know that the graphics problem of this game has been fixed, but I am not sure whether it has improved in terms of speed.

You should try Splashdown 2 on pcsx2. I wonder if they ever fixed it? It used to have bad frame dips even in good Hardware.
