Having loved this song for years and growing up with the great Tom Jones’ version blasting from my Dad’s record player, ‘Weekend Wogan’ was yet again the perfect opportunity for me to tick the box of 'songs I HAVE to perform one day’. And so this was another ‘first’ for me when I chose this powerhouse-of-a-song to open this week’s live show.
And oh the band… the band… THE BAND!!! 🔥
