- Dosa is the most popular street food snack in not just in Mumbai but all over India. You'll find a dosa stall in each and every corner of the city, it's staple breakfast of the city. This particular in the video known as Shree Balaji Dosa Factory is very famous in Kalbadevi for it's varieties of delicious dosas. The guy who makes the dosa serves it in a very unique way by flying it in the air and the other guy catches it the plate. The whole making and serving of dosas is a fun to watch and enjoy.
