I am absolutely down with this. Using the momentum of the apache to swing around making it harder to hit, more low level maneuvers, rotational control, all handled deftly. This is some good flying. Reminds me of the helis in BF: Vietnam or 1942: SW WWII.
@@SimplexSpartan yup. I do this with all BF vehicles, air, land, boats. UI in first person is cleaner for engagement. FOV is better in 3rd for awareness
it's a better way to play with vehicles as opposed to be in 1st person all the time, gives you more perspective of what's happening around you and a better idea of how your vehicle behaves when moving

This! This is how I feel about the helis and jets! I feel that the Hind is how the attack helis should handle, that's the closest I've come to feeling like the handling is similar to BF4 attack helis.

Its 50/50. In that situation if you get hacked while popping flares sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and the missiles get you (in my experience).

How does one get to roll so quickly on MKB like in this video. When I pull my mouse to the side to start rolling it is so slow. Probably missing a setting, though I have upped the sensitivity in the game settings. Can it be because of low DPI setting on the mouse (600 dpi)? Does anyone know?

Pretty sure you legit got one of the worst gunners ever. Dude didn’t get a single kill in 15 min of play. It’s not like you didn’t hold steady enough for him to shoot either. All guy had to do was just spam fire the containers

I stick to helis, my Jet piloting skill is not up to par lol.
If you are in a jet, your impact is very less as compared to any heli since jets have been nerfed so bad

I play with mouse/keyboard at max sensitivity. You kinda have to have excessive input in 2042 or your heli wont turn or bank at all haha.
Play solo against bots. There may be some portal servers for pilots to practice against each other aswell
If you’re on console bf4 settings 100% sensitivity

You can try rampage game mode in portal now. Unlimited spawns of helis. Good way to practice against bots

I actually don't have any special keybinds, just default layout. My mouse sensitivity is set to max though. Not trolling, just how I do it.

Thanks! Stick to 127mm AT rocket pack (if you haven't already unlocked it). It has the highest velocity / damage of all of them.
You'd be at a disadvantage with the TOW if you're playing in a game mode with other helicopters.

LR keys with big mouse movement. Mine is 26K DPI max sensitivity to fly.

Had to get used to it, otherwise cant pull of any maneuvers. On low you have to move your mouse a mile for anything to get done lol

if that was me: 4 lis rockets, 2 console stingers, 1 base camping AA tank, and everyone else with a recoilless.
Trust me I feel the pain. What you said above is the new normal on most servers.
