She cannot apply for Tourists Visa bc she is half-American, the same case as my daughter. Once you get her CRBA & US Passport, she also needs to apply and get a PH passport as well. Hello Dustin, if you are running out of time, don't hesitate to contact your congressional representative for your home district. A call from them can light a fire under the embassy workers and your paperwork could be pushed through in days.
Currently it’s out of the hands of the US Embassy so the intervention would be fruitless as the PSA process is on the Philippine side. If they do not have Everly’s US passport in hand a month before Reche’s travel deadline, they’ll need to pursue some kind of travel waiver from the US Embassy. Worst case scenario will be traveling separately especially if the will need a DNA test which surprisingly haven’t been brought up yet as both are unmarried. The bad thing is they are currently dealing with two different governments and their stringent policies. Hang in there guys! wishing for the best!

Get all of Ritchie high school and university transcripts and teaching certificates certified and see if she can take classes to get a teaching certificate in one or the other States. She may qualify for a substitute teacher or a preschool teacher also. Just bring all her papers with you.

The most important that all of you can fly to the US. There is no problem for tourist visa as long as she can get and enter in the United States, thats the most important. You can file an EXTENSION for Everly to stay once she is already in the United States. Most important, you guys can come in the US before the expiration date of Reche. You can figure it out and ask an advise the right thing to do once you are already here in the US.

They can really expedite matters, because they have the power and authority to speed things up. Give it a try, I think it will be worth it. Good luck.

Dustin’s, it is easy to fix papers in the USA than in Philippines. When I petition my family I fixed papers here and less than a year the petition has been approved.
Dustin hitting a hole with a Bike. Now I am only 18 mind you.... But here is a good story for you. I was riding a 10 speed Pacer Racer. If you look it up you will see it is was bike racers use to use. I was going at a high rate of speed because this bike flies. You know the drain grates in the streets? Well they put the Grates in wrong and I ran over it going wide open top speed and my front tire fell in between the grate stopped the bike on a hair and I went at least 100 feet with everyone watching a teen fly with out wings then as soon as I landed on the street and skidded another 70 feet or so you could hear everyone scream. ARE you alright? Are you ok? do you need help? Then I heard some laughing. I looked and it was the same cop that threatened me that he was going to give me a ticket for going 60 miles an hour in a 25 on my bike. I looked at the cop and said what is so funny? The Cop said I told you if you didn't slow down you was going to get hurt or kill your self. Then the Cop said you just made me the happiest man on earth to see it really did happen. I had blood on my face arms chest legs knees hands. I stood and about fell down and the Cop said oh stop you said the other night you can handle what ever happens now prove it. I forced the bike out of the drain grate and walked it home. Thinking in my head how I hated that cop and thinking how much pain I was in lol. I was hurting real bad no lie but I walked it all the way home and when I got in the house my Mother said WTH happen to you I said I don't want to talk about it and went in the bedroom. Not long that cop came to my house to be sure I was ok. He came in my room had a talk with me about the dangers and offered to take me to the hospital. My Mother told the cop don't bother he will never go to the hospital he is pig headed. The cop said I had a feeling he was like that.
It would have been possible, if Everly was born here in America . You and Reche should have been here before she gave birth. Things are really strict now a days but it will be already . I would say as soon as your baby is born get the live birth certificate from the hospital and then go directly to psa and get in expedited , and keep emailing them or whatever it takes to make it go as quickly as possibly.

Renewing US Passport will take 3-6 months that is how back log is right and that is the expidite process 3-6 months how much more the new US Passport just FYI. I based that informatiin through my 2 sons renewed pasaports.

Whoever told you the tourist visa won’t work is not giving you good information, it sounds like they are giving you their “opinion”. This is a question you should talk to an immigration attorney about. You can get her tourist visa back in 1-2 months. You may be waiting 6 -12 more months on her birth certificate, and then more months for processing. I wouldn’t accept an opinion from someone that doesn’t specialize in immigration, I would focus on the tourist visa and speak with an immigration attorney. You could still leave by July. I think it’s better to risk the 259 personally…

We went to two different travel agencies and they both said she would not be able to get a tourist visa because of her open case with getting a USA passport and citizenship

No need to fly to Manila with the PSA in hand, they (embassy) won't let you in without an appointment.

You may be waiting 6 -12 more months on her birth certificate, and then more months for processing. DUSTIN TOURIST VISA IS OKAY FOR EVERLY WHATEVER IS FASTER. My son got his tourist visa and when he arrived in the US we apply an extension here in the US. And they gave him another 6 mos. He stayed one year total in the US. You dont have to worry trust me.
Just make sure Everly get a visa going to the States.
We went to two different travel agencies and they both said she would not be able to get a tourist visa because of her open case with getting a USA passport and citizenship
