you have to make a modifer bench i believe its called and it has to be tools from tinkers then u plop the tool in the bench then do whatever modifiers you want then it’s upgraded i haven’t messed around to much also bc the addon is broken and there fixing it right now

@@wilversalomon1878 Make a stone repair kit, then make a sand cast using the repair kit. Melt down the netherite, then pour it into the sand cast. When it hardens, you’ll have a Netherite repair kit. (You might need blazing lava to melt the Netherite)

Before the latest update, unbreakable enchantment wasn't working on TC tools, is it fixed?

No idea. The game is essentially unplayable (in survival) rn due to a bug with the blank patterns and forge.
Edit: They updated it recently, and fixed the bugs
