Namaste Antriksh, Ama means toxin or undigested metabolic waste. It is an umbrella term for all sticky, slimy, aggravating, and toxic substances accumulated in the body. When our body's metabolic efficiency is compromised, we create Ama. Although the ama remains identical in composition and does not vary in structure as it circulates around the body, it causes different diseases depending on the location it is deposited in. For example, when ama collects in the lungs, it may cause congestion, coughs or asthma. When located in the joints, it leads to arthritis. In the intestines, ama affects absorption of ahara rasa and creates illnesses such as dysentery, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome and so on.

I am suffering from stomach pain, stomach and intestines infection, acidity, stomach pain, bloating, constipation stool are not hard but it does not clear in one time has to go for motion 2 to 3 times in morning and stickness in stools and pain in anus some time blood also come I am taking, pantaprozole tablets, oflaxcin + ornidazole tablets not seen good results, so I request you to send me some good natural home remedies for this problems.
