Eh. Coming out during ncaa wrestling championships, parading around an American flag, is unorthodox. And one could say, in todays “climate” a political statement. Would he have been having that flag around with Kamala as prez? We know that answer. But, that’s why free speech is such a great thing. So… more power to him. That all being said, if I happened to be the youngest heavyweight gold medalist in history, I may have said something as well. It wasn’t a matter of trying to intimidate. It was a matter of setting the record straight. The Oklahoma kid will never sniff an Olympic gold medal. BUT.. that being said, Good for the OK kid. An incredibly exiting win and achievement for him. But gable wins that match prob 999 times out of 1000.

Buster Douglas over Tyson is still the biggest upset in sports history. But this was electric to be sure.

Gable & his people surely taking it hard, but then it's kind of poetic justice: after waffling back and forth between sports, he came back half-heartedly not because he loves wrestling but to "get his name out there." His plan was to coast through as a way to get famous instead of true dedication being the best wrestler he can be. @rcs3788 I told my roommate, when gable got in his face at the walkout, I said he just put bad karma on himself.
      And sure enough.. Game over

Steveson chipping at Henderickson at the start and the announcers bias for Steveson made the loss sweeter.

Yep. Steveson took his victory for granted, with confident deliberation and assumption. Hendrickson wrestled with passion, desire, and desperation. ... And, there you go. ... Oh, and eternal payback for that "in-your-face" by Steveson at Hendrickson's entrance.

I do not get some these comments acting like Steveson is some anti-American monster. He literally won Olympic gold at the buzzer as a big underdog in 2020.

Alot of anti-american won gold for America, doesn't mean they are partiots to our country.
Did Stevenson did something that showed he is anti-american?

The crowd was on point. I've rewinded a handful of times just to zoom in on people's reactions. Half of them have their hands on their heads, the other half are popping off. Absolutely crazy energy in that arena.
