ashlyn rose my heart goes out to you and the graduating class of 2020. I share in your disappointment. However, you will go so very far with your amazing attitude, which you gracefully accept the situation. Congratulations and best wishes for a lifetime of success!!
Jon Stewart - Sometimes in life you're going to get the short end of the stick. You're going into the world where no one is grading you. Stop completing things and start living them. You have no idea what is about to come at you and man isn't that the beautiful part. Embrace that. I am the captain of my own ship and I will write this story.
Steven Spielberg - Dreams are a great test because they are going to test your resolve. One of the things this moment is teaching us that truly anything is possible. It's imagination and innovation that gets us all to the other side. I know this a time of huge loss, but it's also a chance to dream big about our futures.
Love how John is intently taking in the special guests’ answers as much as the person who asked the question. John, you’re incredibly endearing. Don’t let this success go to your head. Stay you.

I love that you featured Amanda Gorman, and that she spoke so beautifully today at the inauguration. Amazing!
I'm glad he's spinning the globe in the wrong direction. That's how 2020 feels. ;) Keep up the great work SGN!
Amazing, right?
Thank you for writing them down!
I ❤️ Jon Stewart. 🥰
Dear sgn my school principal is going to every seniors house to graduate with them

Amanda Gorman reading her poem at the end... the moment that pulled it all together.
Steven Spielberg - Dreams are a great test because they are going to test your resolve. One of the things this moment is teaching us that truly anything is possible. It's imagination and innovation that gets us all to the other side. I know this a time of huge loss, but it's also a chance to dream big about our futures.
“Stop completing things and start living them” Stewart is amazing. This whole video was mind blowing, another home run Jim.
Amanda the poet. What a queen. Here’s to the class of 2020.
Erica A. Yes!
Her poem at the end was so beautiful
Hey John, I think Amanda needs to be a regular on SGN.
Stunning wordsmith! I replayed her poem at the end, four times in a row, just to make sure I got to enjoy her words again! Well done!
Need that poetic inspiration
Love how John is intently taking in the special guests’ answers as much as the person who asked the question. John, you’re incredibly endearing. Don’t let this success go to your head. Stay you.
Wow. That poem at the end was so beautiful, so beautifully expressed I’m happy crying. Can’t wait to see what this talented young woman will gift us with next!
The weather report NEVER gets old.
NEVERRRR evererrrr
Today I Learned: Samuel L Jackson is not required to punctuate sentences with MFer.
But even when he doesn't... you can tell it's implied. ;) haha...
"I have had it with this mf virus on this mf planet!"
😂😂
Though that could've been pretty funny....
They were probably cut out.
I graduated with my bachelor's on Saturday and managed to land a first job the Thursday before. Thanks so much John for helping us celebrate the end of my 4 years. It's been bitter sweet for me and for everyone.
