MITSKI SE VE MUY LINDA, POR CIERTO, Hola! Este es mi cuarto video del album de "Retired from Sad, New Career in Business", debo decir que aún tengo pensado subir todas las canciones de Mitski, desde la primera canción del primer álbum hasta el último del último álbum; espero mis videos sigan siendo de su agrado y también si desean que suba el lyrics de otra canción me lo pueden pedir :D.
Facts:
- Humpty Dumpty es un personaje de una canción infantil inglesa. Aunque no se describe explícitamente como tal, suele representarse como un huevo antropomórfico. En algunas versiones en español su nombre se traduce como Zanco Panco o Tentetieso, sin embargo, yo quise dejarlo así.
- Las cáscaras de huevo ocupan un lugar destacado como metáfora de la fragilidad y la vulnerabilidad en "Humpty", cuyo título y coda aluden al personaje de la canción infantil inglesa Humpty Dumpty. Mitski pasa este tema de puntillas, en sentido figurado, alrededor de los problemas previstos, a la manera de la frase idiomática "caminar sobre cáscaras de huevo", temerosa de poner en marcha cualquier consecuencia.
- La canción fomenta una sensación de sombría inminencia; como la inevitabilidad de la caída de Humpty Dumpty, su estado de preocupación paralizante acabará aflorando en los problemas reales de los que se esconde, pero por ahora se consuela en la bañera.
