Can we take a moment and just appreciate how cheap 3D is today. Not so long ago even smaller houses couldn't afford any of these plugins. Now with a bit of money management you could buy an entire set of amazing plugins as a hobbyist. A small 5-man shop can easily afford similar tools the big guy uses with similar results. Amazing.
@@DaleCooper222 Not really. You can buy a 2005 laptop and run Blender. Sure you can't render entire cities in real time but neither can I on a high end machine.
no its really not, they have yet to under stand that there are people out there that want to try new things and dont have the money to shell out for that sort of thing, I myself love trying vfx work and its really difficult to do when everything costs so much damn money, because its not like i know the software too, and for those that do demos, they are just attrocious, nothing like the final real product or dont even work

Both!! Both are really good tools, I recommend you to learn them both. After a year of use, you will settle with your favorite, maybe not because you will like both the same.
Don't be a plugin-junkie guys. I mean these plugins are awesome but keep in mind that a good design sense and strong foundation in animation will always come on top.
dont be silly, plugins are basically an extension of the program, if the program had all the functions of the plugins you'll refer to it as 'good design sense and strong foundation' as well, so think a bit before typing

Xparticle is on my top list, Realflow is on my 2nd top list and finally redshift. These are my top pick arsenal.
I just installed RealFlow on my computer, but I am still learning ...
quad remesher / Instant mesher also on top list :D
713.90€ = xparticles
I literally laughed out loud when this guy said "Arnold is fast"
I rendered a 10 second fluid in a week, there were power outages though..
Arnold is fast, it's just that ur computer is slow to handle it. Maybe not as fast as redshift and such but till fast enough.
thank you for sharing this with us!!!
Could you turn the music up, I can still hear you.
LOL
YEAH! GET A CLUE! (sorry, had to yell cause of the loud background music)

those prices tho lol
