Severity of symptoms of every autistic child is different. Speech level of every autistic child is different. Same method will not necessarily work for the other child on spectrum. So first understand your child and then work with him. See the strengths in your kid while consistently working on the weak areas.
Do activity at home with the child. Make him full day engaged with activity including ot , speech, special education and attention activities. You start the activities with the child and once he learnt hand it over to some other person to do every day with the child.
