Good observation! Extrusion Speed, the speed at which the extrudate exits from the container, is not critical but is typically in the range 50-500 cm/min. Lubrication can substantially reduce the extrusion pressure required.
No. Graphene is just one-atom-thick graphite. Graphite itself is extremely brittle in three dimensions (think pencil lead), and would crumble under even a little pressure. The whole buzz around graphene being a miracle material falls away once you take it out of the nano-scale.
That reverse extrusion must use enormous pressure. Also the tool must need to be replaced often if they do it cold.

Love how they close the opening end of the tank
I love the painting in the end, so satisfying
The whole process is satisfying. We especially like back extrusion process.
Can these tanks be bent or made round and thinner for fitment to a helmet possibly
robots are kinda cute. they're all doing their job so well
Imagine workers doing these mindless tasks ...
Oxygen tanks? CO2 gas canisters. Probably the same process.
Yes, basically gas cylinders.
The Rise of the machine had begun,... but don't stick your head in the middle of traffic 💀
Nice
Thanks
Why are these cylinder bottoms flat?
Many have concave bottoms for increased strength!
Knowledgeable viewers please advise!
Thanks in advance.
Great question!
And very good observation indeed. Requesting everyone to kindly give their inputs regarding the same.
Exterior bottom is flat, interior bottom is convex domed as you would expect for strength.
That is not 6061, aluminum does not get hot enough to glow red without melting.
Just wondering if it's possible to be made from a lighter material (like graphene) it would mean a lot

Not from graphen but aluminum/composite bottles are there and light a/f. But they cost big dollar.
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Very details and Apply engg ; knowledge for everyone, thanks alot for video
Amazing how they draw it from the slug.
It's really amazing to say the least. The fact that the shell is made with great finishing is simply marvelous.
I like the thread cutting the most. Oh, it actually isn't depicted, too bad.
But how is the oxygen added?!
They dont fill oxygen inside because its in there, thats the final product
satisfied 😍
¡Interesante!
Great

Thanks :) which was your most favorite manufacturing process?
